A Kitchen Remodel

We had the opportunity to remodel a kitchen in San Luis Obispo. The home owners wanted to replace their formica countertops, vinyl floor, and aging cabinets with upgraded materials.

Quartz countertops, waterproof flooring, subway tile backsplash

After we demo’d the old kitchen, the new cabinets were installed and then we began the process of customizing the quartz countertop. First we create a true to life template of all the countertop space. The template then gets transported to our fabrication facility where we cut the countertops out of a 500 pound quartz slab.

Once the countertops are in place its time to lay the luxury vinyl plank flooring. This flooring is a great choice for the kitchen because it is waterproof and easy to clean.

We finished up this kitchen with a white subway tile backsplash over the counters and a decorative tile backsplash behind the stove.

The homeowners provided a fun pop of color with oranges from their tree.
